OREANDA-NEWS. A technical conference with the participation of the managers of Tatarstan’s enterprises using KAMAZ trucks took place at Kazan’s office of OJSC KAMAZ.

The event was organized on the initiative of Alkhat Zaynutdinov, Director of Representative Office of OJSC KAMAZ in Kazan, under the auspices of Tatarstan’s Ministry of Transportation. The conference was attended by Ayrat Usmanov, Head of Department of the Ministry of Transportation and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, the top managers of the largest enterprises of Tatarstan, as well as OJSC KAMAZ’s representatives and dealers. Such meetings with corporate clients have become traditional. Thus, last year, the automobile plant held three meetings of this kind. Their results have been summed up at this year’s conference.

This time, the delegation of KAMAZ is very large: the audience listened to reports made by the representatives of KAMAZ’s R&D Center, KAMAZ F&T CO Inc. and Leasing Company KAMAZ Inc. on various issues. There was a round table meeting at the conference during which the participants discussed urgent problems concerning product quality, warranty and after-sales service, development prospects of the product line.

Such meetings are organized to determine and satisfy KAMAZ purchasers’ needs. They prove that KAMAZ is ready to listen to and hear its customers.
