OREANDA-NEWS. As one of the most innovative companies of the region, Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems is taking part in the annual Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum on February 14-16.

On the opening day of the forum the Reshetnev Company, the Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Krasnoyarsk region and the Zheleznogorsk cluster applicants signed a number of trilateral agreements of intent. The project is being implemented within the framework of the innovative technologies cluster, which has ISS-Reshetnev as one of its leading and most important participants. The first tenants of the industrial park to carry out work in the interest of ISS-Reshetnev will be established on the base of the following companies: SibInvest-COSMOS, Research and production center “Small spacecraft-SibSAU” and Bee Pitron.

On the same day General designer and director general of the Reshetnev Company Nikolay Testoyedov took part in the joint meeting of the supervisory boards of Siberian Federal University and Southern Federal University, which was led by Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. At the meeting Nikolay Testoyedov made a report addressing cooperation between ISS-Reshetnev and SFU.

The technological platform “National information satellite system” is being showcased at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum. The platform was initiated and is coordinated by ISS-Reshetnev. As of today, about 50 industrial enterprises, higher education institutions and research organizations of Russia have been already approved for participation in this project. Bringing together the state, business and academia, the technological platform serves as a powerful means of innovative policy-making and enables to attract government investment to the development and implementation of breakthrough technologies.
