OREANDA-NEWS. As was previously announced, on 24 April 2012 a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (Mriya-Invest) signed an investment agreement with a subsidiary of Auchan SA, an international retail chain of supermarkets and hypermarkets, with its head office in France regarding the development of the Vyrlitsa Project in Kyiv, Ukraine.

It was also announced that on 9 January 2013 that Mriya-Invest signed a separate investment agreement with a French DIY operator, established in Ukraine, also regarding the development of the Vyrlitsa Project in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The Company is pleased to announce that the parties to the two agreements have agreed to further extend the exchange of bank guarantees up to 29 April 2013.

The other main parameters of the two investment agreements remain valid and unchanged.
