OREANDA-NEWS. Agrowill Group, AB provides the Interim unaudited financial information for the 12 months ended 31 December 2012 and confirmation of the responsible persons.

The total revenue for the twelve months of 2012 was LTL 86.7 million (EUR 25.1 million), an increase of 54 per cent over the total revenue of LTL 56 million (EUR 16.2 million) for the twelve months of 2011.

Profit for the twelve months of 2012 amounted to LTL 4.4 million (EUR 1.27 million), in comparison with the loss of LTL 5.4 million (EUR 1.56 million) for the same period year ago. (note – the result for 2011 was regressively corrected according to auditor‘s opinion and decision of the Supervision Authority of the Bank of Lithuania).

EBITDA for the twelve months of 2012 doubled to LTL 21.8 million (EUR 6.3 million) over LTL 10.9 million (EUR 3.16 million) for the same period year ago.
