Basanaviciaus St. 26, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities notifies that after the resignation of Margrethe Melbye Gronn and Olaf Tronsgaard from the position of the members of the Supervisory Council on 26 February 2013, on 1 March 2013 based on the decision of the bank‘s sole shareholder – Norway‘s DNB Bank ASA – Leif Rene Hansen was elected as a member of the Supervisory Council of AB DNB Bankas until the expiry of term of office of the current Supervisory Council. The Bank of Lithuania has granted a permission to Leif Rene Hansen to take the office.

Leif Rene Hansen (born 1945) has an extensive work experience in audit, taxes and business consultations. In 1994-2009 Leif Rene Hansen was a partner and managing director at the international company KPMG Lithuania. On 18 March 2009 Leif Rene Hansen was elected as a member of the Internal Audit Committees of DNB Poland, DNB Lithuania and DNB Latvia, and since 2012 he holds a position of the member of the Supervisory Council of DNB Poland. Leif Rene Hansen graduated from the Trade School, Kolding branch; he holds a certificate of the state authorised auditor issued by the Minister of Trade of Denmark in 1975.

Leif Rene Hansen has no shareholdings in AB DNB Bankas.
