Recently, it is learned that to increase the market competitiveness of iron and steel products, WISCO made the an important strategic layout and planning to make more effort on the extension of iron and steel industry chain by integrating all of its domestic processing and distributing business and newly building the WISCO Steel Processing and Distributing Company.

The building of the new company is to meet the requirements of development, service, and market of WISCO. By making such an important strategic layout and planning, WISCO is aiming at developing the steel deep processing and distributing business as a pillar industry, integrating resources of domestic and even international steel deep processing, promoting market expansion and competitiveness of WISCO products by making the layout as “a game of chess”, further developing business of steel processing and distributing, enhancing efficiency of resource allocation, bringing synergistic effect, and maximizing the overall benefit of WISCO.  

WISCO Steel Processing and Distributing Company will focus on “two services and two promotions”, i.e., providing service to marketing, extending WISCO’s industry chain and promoting marketing competitiveness, and providing service to clients, supplying deeplyprocessed products of high quality and promoting satisfaction degree of clients. At the same time, the “D335Strategy” was launched formally to realize the development model multi-technique, multi-region, multi-category, multi-mode and multi-function.

In order to make the business of steel deep processing and distributing larger and stronger, WISCO will increase techniques of laser welding, stamping, hot forming etc. in addition to the existing “two shears” of longitudinal and transverse cutting of steel products; expand regional service nationwide or even worldwide; form diversified business patterns of exclusively-invested enterprise, joint venture, cooperative enterprise, joint-stock enterprise etc.; realize functions of warehousing, deep processing, trade of “single invoice settlement” etc.; diversify processing of single steel product to finish machining of auto sheet, household appliance sheet, pickled steel, silicon steel etc., producing parts for and providing JIT distributing service to end clients directly.              

In accordance with the strategic management mode, all the processing and distributing bases are under unified coordination and management of WISCO to realize resource sharing, exert synergistic effect, provide clients with steel processing and distributing service of high quality and low price, study the planning and layout of the newly built processing and distributing project, optimize the processing and distributing network, develop market and serve marketing.
