OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2013. SORAINEN Lithuania represented Vidmantas Peleda, director of Transekspedicija, one of the largest transporting-forwarding companies in Lithuania.

Algimantas Kondrusevicius, president of Lithuanian National Road Carriers Association Linava, claimed a LTL 50 thousand (approx EUR 14.5 thousand) award for information which may have degraded his honour and dignity that was published in leading Lithuanian daily newspaper Verslo Zinios.

In court it was proved that the information was not published by the SORAINEN client, who is not liable for statements rephrased by journalists.

The client was represented by partner Kestutis Svirinas and senior associate Simona Augenaite.
