OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2013. ORAINEN Latvia advised a Latvian commercial bank on the regulatory framework for setting up a hedge fund. SORAINEN provided a comparative analysis of current regulation, as well as the implications of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (due to be implemented into local law by July 2013), and a suggested course of action based on international common practice for hedge funds.
