OREANDA-NEWS. The new collective agreement for 2013 which embodies a principle of partnership of the employer and trade-union committee and which is the warranty of social security of metallurgists is concluded at integrated iron-and-steel works "Zaporizhstal".

 The conference of labour collective of "Zaporizhstal" Steel Works has passed on March 1st, 2013, on which the collective agreement for 2013 has been approved, as well as fulfilment of the collective agreement in 2012 was summarized. Signing of the collective agreement for 2013 by Rostislav Shurma, the General Director and Leonid Anisimov the Chairman of trade-union committee of "Zaporizhstal" Steel Works became acknowledgement of social partnership and a mutual responsibility of the management and labour collective of the Works.

 The document provides mutual obligations of the management and workers on fulfilment of production plans, increase of level of industrial safety and discipline of labour, as well as stable package of social protection for the employees. “The labour collective and administration of the Works is one team which faced same tasks and goals. And only together, working in common close-knit team, we can assure dynamical development of our Works, achievement of dominating positions of our Works not only in our country, but also in the world market”, — pointed out Rostislav Shurma, the General Director of "Zaporizhstal" Works at labour conference.

 Privileges and warranties on health promotion of workers of "Zaporizhstal" Works, support of veterans, culture and sport development and payment of all kinds of material aid are retained in the collective agreement for 2013. Vladimir Kazachenko, the Chairman of the Central Committee of Trade union of metallurgists and miners of Ukraine, Victor Emeljanenko, the First Deputy of the Chairman of Zaporozhye regional state administration and Roman Taran, Secretary of Zaporozhye city council who were invited to the conference have noticed that the principle of partnership of the management and trade-union committee of the Works that is the warranty of social security of metallurgists is acknowledged in collective agreement of "Zaporizhstal" Works.
