OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2013. The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine is informing motor carriers about additional conditions concerning issuing permits which have restricted annual quotas, so permissions are given to a Ukrainian conveyor on the basis of certain distributions.

In particular, a sitting of the working group for readying propositions about distribution, filling and issuing permits that have restricted annual quotas for carrying out transportation of freights by vehicles through territories of Austria, Belarus, Italy, Kazakhstan, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic in 2013.

The panel has prepared projects of distribution of permits for Kazakhstan and Czechia for 2013. Together with that the Ministry of Infrastructure addresses the conveyors with a request not to plan cargo transportations to Kazakhstan and Czechia behind the limits of the assigned personal quotas of the conveyors for 2013.

Targeting holding distribution of permits for international freight transportation that have restricted annual quotas, notably, to the Republic of Belarus and Romania for 2013 the specialists of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine are working with the received from conveyors applications for participation in distribution of the abovementioned permissions. The preliminary data of holding distribution of permits for the Republic of Belarus and Romania is March 1, 2013.

The Ministry of Infrastructure is asking the conveyors to plan transportation activities in 2013 taking into account the given information.
