Moldovan to Collect Data on Indirect Income Sources
OREANDA-NEWS. March 04, 2013. The State Main Fiscal Inspectorate (IFPS) has launched an automat information system on collecting data from indirect sources.
The IFPS press service noted that the system is meant to collect data on indirect income sources and subject them to taxation. The data on indirect income sources are to be presented by the National Bank of Moldova, financial institutions, insurance and travel companies. The IFPS will also be informed about transferable security holders.
The law on indirect assessment is related to the Moldovan residents, who are not carrying out entrepreneurial activity and who, during one fiscal year, beginning with 1 January 2012, get revenues (real estates, securities, transport and financial means) exceeding one million lei. Exception is being made for property owners, who had started the construction before 1 January 2012 and had registered all neccecery documantation at the cadastral office. The law is also related to people carrying out other individual expenses exceeding 500,000 lei, during one fiscal year, starting with 1 January 2012.
