OREANDA-NEWS. February 26, 2013. "Uzbektelecom" JSC completed the transfer and expansion of the equipment of the existing Call Center (CC) of "TSHTT" branch from ATS-234 to ATS-255 of Tashkent city. A presentation of a new Call Center of "Uzbektelecom" JSC took place, which was attended by heads of all branches and affiliates of the company.

Khurshid Mirzakhidov, Chairman of the State Committee for Communications, Information and Telecommunication Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Uzbektelecom" JSC greeted the participants of the presentation.

New Call Center of "TShTT" branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC is located on the second floor of ATS-255 of Tashkent city. 125 operators now work around the clock in three shifts there. For future expansion of the Call Center, which works for the whole Uzbekistan, two floors of the building are also equipped. So, the increase of the number of operators will gradually take place as needed.

All conditions for work are created for the personnel of the Call Center: comfortable computerized work places, cloakrooms and kitchen, recreation rooms. Premises of a new Call Center are light and wide.
