OREANDA-NEWS. On February 22, a meeting of the Minister of Finance Yuriy Kolobov took place with the Director of the World Bank on Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova Qimiao Fan.

The interlocutors have discussed the actual issues of realization of current strategy of partnership with the World Bank. In particular, Yuriy Kolobov noted that in 2013 year the work on filling of credit brief-case Bank in Ukraine is lasted by projects in the sphere of energy, energy-savings, transport and communal sphere. The realization of such projects is priority for economic development of Ukraine.

The participants of meeting paid the separate attention to the state of realization of general with the World bank project "Modernisation of state finances" and came to the agreement about further activation of efforts in relation to its further implantation.

Also the Minister of Finance reported Qimiao Fan in relation to the last initiatives in fiscal politics, and also suggested to extend a consultative and expert help to Ukraine from Bank due to international experience.

The parties came to the agreement that the similar meetings increase the efficiency of bilateral collaboration and agreed to continue such format of commonunication.
