OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2013. According to the National Bureau o Statistics, most of the works were fulfilled by economic agents of private form of ownership. They made a sum of 4 bln. 498.6 mln. leis or 83% of a total volume of works, 6.8% down as compared with 2011.

The structure of building and assembly works includes the dominant amount of new constructions which made up a sum of 3 bln. 165.1 mln. leis , 3.5% down as compared with 2011. Overhaul and maintenance works made 38.6% of a total volume of building works of this period and made up a sum of 2 bln. 095,3 mln. leis.

An amount of overhaul works decreased 8.4% to 1 bln. 176.5 mln. leis, wan amount of maintenance works declining 0.9% to 1 bln. 018.9 mln. leis. Assembly and building works grew 2.5% to 1 bln. 503 mln. leis in residential blocks. The volume of construction of non-residential buildings decreased 11.9 to 1 bln. 619.4 mln. leis, the volume of construction of engineering structures declining 1.9% to 2 bln. 138.2 mln. leis.
