OREANDA-NEWS. February 25, 2013. Irrigated agriculture should be strongly supported by the state. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, at a meeting of the Government, where the issue of preparation for the spring field work was considered.

Mykola Azarov instructed the First vice Prime Minister Sergiy Arbuzov in finalizing the draft of the State program of revitalization of the economy in 2013-2014 make provision for the reconstruction and development of irrigated agriculture.

In particular he instructed to ensure attraction of investments in this sector by creating favourable environment.
