Tata Business Support Services Wins BPO Innovation of Year Award
OREANDA-NEWS. Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) has won the award for BPO Innovation of the Year during the Asia BPO Summit held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. The award was received by Sarajit Jha, CEO & Interim MD, on behalf of Tata Business Support Services.
This award was received for the innovative ‘auto insurance - third party administration services’ developed by the TBSS team along with CMC, and is used by Tata Motors Insurance Brokerage.
This service is a result of combining domain knowledge, technology and call centre capabilities to deliver value to all stakeholders i.e., automobile manufacturers, insurance companies and most importantly, customers. As part of this process, TBSS had issued more than 1.3 million policies in three years in partnership with 12 general insurance companies and four automobile manufacturers connecting more than 1500+ dealer points.
