Please be advised that trading in the following mutual funds will be suspended on the CJSC “MICEX Stock Exchange” from February 14, 2013, due to the FFMS’s announcement on revocation of the license to manage investment funds, mutual funds and non-state investment funds of Asset Management Company “Synergy” LLC:

shares of the closed-end real estate mutual fund “Synergy – Land fund” managed by Asset Management Company “Synergy” LLC (trading system code RU000A0JQGH3); and

shares of the closed-end real estate mutual fund “Yamskaya sloboda” managed by Asset Management Company “Synergy” LLC (trading system code RU000A0JS7S5).

The revocation was caused by multiple violations of the law of the Russian Federation by the asset management company.
