160 Companies to Take Part in Expovin Moldova-2013
OREANDA-NEWS. February 20, 2013. Close to 160 companies of Moldova to take part in Expovin Moldova-2013, the specialized wine show, held at Moldexpo on February, 20-24. The show will be taken part in by companies from Moldova, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Italy, Germany, Belarus, Spain and France that will present wine and strong beverages, wine-making equipment, packages and empties, vine plants, etc.
According to organizers of the show- Poliproject Exhibition- umbrella brand ExpoVin Moldova will embrace Wine Technology (equipment, materials and technologies for winemaking industry) and Wine and Gastronomy Theatre (wine testing, presentations of wine and dishes, the Choice of the Consumers competition). In the framework of the show winners of Chisinau Wines&Spirits Contest, taken part in by close to 300 samples of wine presented by 15 countries, will be awarded.
Professional sampling will come along with public testing in the framework of the 5th Consumer Preference competition. Thanks to the support of CEED II, funded by the U.S. International Development Agency the Wine School will be organized for sommeliers, product engineers and tasters to share their knowledge and secrets. The opening of the Wine Museum will become one more eye-catching event at the exhibition.
The National Museum of Nature and Ethnography of Moldova will present the exposition devoted to the development of the winemaking on the territory of Moldova from the ancient times.
