OREANDA-NEWS. February 20, 2013. From the end of March 2013 UTair-Ukraine Airlines and Ukraine International Airlines will operate flights from Vilnius International Airport to Kiev.

In two years of operation of Aerosvit Airlines the Kiev route has become especially popular. As a result of the airline's bankruptcy proceedings, flights were discontinued but the route's potential has not decreased. Therefore, from the end of March as many as two airlines will launch flights to two different airports – Zhulyany Airport, situated near the Kiev’s centre, and Borispyl Airport, the principal Kiev’s airport.

UTair-Ukraine Airlines will operate flights from Kiev Zhulyany Airport 3 times per week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The plane from Zhulyany will arrive in Vilnius at 12:10 p.m. and will depart from Vilnius at 1:10 p.m. The flights will be operated by ATR-72 aircraft.

From 31 March Ukraine International Airlines will launch daily flights from another airport in Kiev – Borispyl Airport; Aerosvit Airlines previously operated from this airport.
On Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays the plane from Kiev Borispyl Airport will land in Vilnius at 11:00 a.m.; the plane will depart at 11:50 a.m.; 50 min., antradieniais, treciadieniais, sestadieniais ir sekmadieniais leisis 16 val., isvyks 16 val.on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays the plane will land at 4:00 p.m. and depart at 4: 50 min.50 p.m. „Ukraine International Airlines” skraidys AN-148 orlaiviu.Ukraine International Airlines will operate flights by AN-148 aircraft.
