OREANDA-NEWS. PhosAgro (or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: PHOR), a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer, announces that the Director of the Kirovsk branch of PhosAgro AG, Konstantin Nikitin, has been elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Apatit.

This decision was made at the Apatit Board of Directors following the Apatit EGM on 12 February 2013, at which the new Board of Directors was elected.

In addition to Konstantin Nikitin, the new Apatit Board of Directors will consist of:
