Costs of energy resources for production of one engine in comparison with level of 2011 are decreased by 15,8%, including: electric power – by 10,7%, water -by 38,7 %, natural gas - by 9,7%, compressed air – by 15,7%, heat power – by 16,9%.

Results are achieved due to special developed program of power consumption equipment work in rational mode.

It should be noticed that in ZMZ 21 variable-frequency electric drive in water recycling systems of enterprise and its shops, technical water supply system, waste discharge system, hot water supply system and coolant supply system, power effective compressor, which allows rationally to consume electric power and water required for equipment in main production.

 In January 2013 ZMZ put into operation second power saving compressor and 3 new frequency-controlled drive, which allow additionally save more than 2,0 MIO. kW/h electric power or in summary – more 5,0 MIO RU.
