OREANDA-NEWS. February 18, 2013. The State Budget of Ukraine for 2013 provides UAH 166.8 million to finance technical support agriculture. However, in order to make the domestic agricultural machinery more accessible to farmers, Agriculture Ministry has submitted a proposal in 2013 to increase funding of measures for state support under capital lease by UAH 830 million. And in 2014 year, the amount is expected to increase to UAH 1.3 billion.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food is working on the task of building a modern agricultural production by domestic companies with attracting of investments.

In addition, the Ministry and domestic agricultural producers continue the dialogue with the leading European producers for the implementation of joint investment projects in this area. So, to speed up attracting German investment and technology into the domestic agricultural machinery on February 12 was signed a memorandum of cooperation between the industry associations of Ukraine and Germany.
