OREANDA-NEWS. TMM Company has commissioned the second phase of its business-class residential project, Sonyachna brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova Str., Kyiv. The residential complex with the total area of 67.6 ths. sq m comprises 4 residential buildings with 312 apartments, a 5-storey office building and underground parking area with 266 spaces.

The total area of apartments is 36.5 ths. sq m, total area of commercial premises is 6.5 ths. sq m. Total underground parking area is 9.3 ths. sq m

As of the date of commissioning, around 35% of areas in the second phase of the complex were sold.

Buyers of apartments in Sonyachna brama complex have the opportunity to use a 12% 20-year mortgage on both completed and uncompleted properties under the joint program of TMM and JSC Oschadbank.

Sonyachna brama residential complex includes a full scope of internal infrastructure and comprises four phases of construction. The first phase was put into operation in 2010. The third and fourth phases are currently under construction. Completion of the whole complex is scheduled for 2014. The project is financed with a credit line from JSC Oschadbank.
