The event is organized by GIV Capital and the Russian Venture Company with the support of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. The evening will be opened by the famous American angel investor and startup mentor Allen Morgan. During his master class Allen will highlight topics that are extremely relevant to every aspiring technology entrepreneur, such as choosing co-founders, scaling the business, making your startup attractive to venture capitalists and raising your first round.

After Allen's master class, a startup battle, supported by the Greenfield Project team, will be held where aspiring entrepreneurs will take stage and pitch their ideas to a panel of industry experts and venture capitalists. The winner of the battle will get a one-of-a-kind chance to present their company at the Startup Alley at TechCrunch Disrupt NY that will take place in New York on April 29th- May 1st.

Allen Morgan has spent more than 30 years nurturing, building and helping startups in the Silicon Valley, New York, and Los Angeles. Currently he is a Venture Advisor at Mayfield Fund, where he has been a Managing Director for 12 years.
