OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 February 2013 the Bank of Lithuania announced a partial and temporal restriction on activities (the moratorium) of AB Ukio bankas. Therefore, operations with bank accounts of AB Ukio bankas are suspended, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas. 

However, the moratorium does not impact the obligations of AB Ukio bankas’ clients (debtors) to execute payments to AB Ukio bankas, i.e. any and all payments of the clients (debtors) of AB Ukio bankas under any loan, credit, payment card overdraft (expect for UAB Ukio banko lizingas) and other agreements must be executed within the agreed timetables.
