OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2013. The action on mortgage lending "Spring in a new house" has been launched in MEGABANK. It involved four new-buildings (the constructor – "Megainveststroi"), two of which have been already put in operation: they are located on the streets Feuerbakha and Verkhnia Gievskaia, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.  

Two other buildings, which are located on the streets Makhanizatorskaia and 50-lrtiia VLKSM, will be put into operation this year, their level of readiness is 95%.

According to the terms of the action the bank’s customers can get a loan with up to 20 years term, and during the first year and a half the interest rate on the loan will be significantly reduced up to 16%. The first payment must be at least 30%. The action will last until May 31.
