OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2013. Russian Railways' President Vladimir Yakunin and the President of VR Group Mikael Aro have signed a cooperation memorandum on the development of human resources and joint exchange programmes for the most promising young managers and professionals at the two companies, reported the press-centre of RZD.  

The memorandum was signed in Moscow and provides for cooperation on projects in areas such as training and development, policy implementation and the creation of joint communications platforms.

The document will strengthen the basis for further increasing bilateral cooperation in human resources, developing approaches to implementing HR joint projects, initiating interaction and exchanging employees in various functional areas.

It is planned to begin the first phase of joint training for promising young executives and professionals at Russian Railways and VR Group in 2013 and 2014.
