OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2013. The Supervisory Board of NOMOS-BANK has taken the decision to submit applications to the Moscow Main Territorial Department of the Bank of Russia for three executives as members of the Board, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK.

Dmitry Romaev is the candidate for the position of First Vice-President and Member of the Board of NOMOS-BANK. At present, Dmitry Romaev is serving as an Adviser to the President of NOMOS-BANK and is responsible for coordinating the integration of NOMOS-BANK into the structure of Otkritie Financial Corporation. Dmitry Romaev is also the First Deputy Chairman of Otkritie Financial Corporation as well as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation.

Evgeny Dankevich is the candidate for the position of First Vice-President and Member of the Board of NOMOS-BANK, who will be responsible for operational and IT development and coordinate the work of retail and small business segments.

Elena Budnik, who has headed the NOMOS-BANK retail business, is the candidate for the position of a Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board.
