OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2013. AS SEB Varahaldus (registry code 10035169, seat and postal address Tornimae 2, 15010 Tallinn, Estonia) hereby announces the liquidation of the SEB Generic Pharmaceuticals Fund. The depositary of the fund is AS SEB Pank, reported the press-centre of SEB.

Authorisation for the liquidation of the fund was issued by the Financial Supervision Authority with decision no. 4.1-1/3 of January 30th 2013.

Liquidation proceedings will commence on the day following the publication of this announcement. Creditors must submit their claims to the SEB Generic Pharmaceuticals Fund by April 8th 2013.

Creditors’ claims and other petitions made in regard to the liquidation of the fund must be signed digitally and e-mailed to fondid@seb.ee or sent by registered mail to the postal address of AS SEB Varahaldus.

Once all liquidation acts have been performed, the supervisory board of the management company shall approve the final balance sheet and plan for distribution of the assets of the fund. A notice concerning the distribution of the assets subject to distribution shall be published by the management company in the Eesti Paevaleht newspaper and on its website at www.seb.ee/en/investments-and-deposits/investment-funds.
