OREANDA-NEWS. Kirill Ivanov was appointed as Vice-president of the A1 Investment Department. This appointment was a step to enhancement of the team of managers engaged into development of the Formuna Kino chain of cinemas. Andrey Von, Managing Director, is responsible for this business in A1.

The primary objectives of Kirill Ivanov will be elaboration and implementation of the chain development strategy, including the offers on improvement of the multi-complexes operating efficiency and servicing of the visitors, as well as old cinemas reconstruction and modernization development program.

Kirill Ivanov has considerable experience in the film show industry which he gained during the ten-year work (2002–2012) as First Deputy of CEO of the Cinema Park cinema chain.

Kirill Ivanov was born in Moscow on August 1, 1965.

In 1987 he graduated from the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR with a specialization in the foreign languages (English, Turkish). In 1992 he finished the post graduate military courses of the University for the Humanities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with a specialization in the International Policy Studies.
