OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2013. Wang Kun, Vice Director of the Standing Committee of Baotou Municipal People's Congress, conducted an inspection visit to the Sales Office of MCC Shijia Property Exhibition Center of MCC Real Estate Group (MCC RE Group), reported the press-centre of MCC Group.

Chief Zhang Laihu of Kunqu District Government, Vice Director Zhou Haifei of the Development & Reform Commission of the District, as well as the other concerned heads of the municipal and district governments, accompanied Wang Kun during the visit.

The delegation members inquired information on property development, design and sales situation. General Manager Zhong Wei from Baotou Company of MCC RE Group made a briefing on the project scope, overall positioning, design concept, product feature, Britain-style landscape and property management. He specially introduced the design concept in terms of humanization and low-carbon green development, with an aim to offer the best quality property (with low density) to the consumers of Baotou City.

Afterwards Wang Kun and his delegation members visited the well-decorated sample room, and carefully inspected the locker, the kitchen, the living room and the window-style fresh air system. All the visitors were deeply impressed by the fine design and the decoration quality of the houses.

Wang Kun and the other officials also placed a high premium on the contribution made by MCC RE Group to the development of the New Area in the south part of Kunqu District of Baotou City, which has greatly promoted the enhancement of product design and quality level in the market of Baotou. Wang Kun encouraged Baotou Company of MCC RE Group to take advantage of MCC RE Brand and make persistent efforts in project development, and therefore make greater contribution to the healthy growth of the real estate market of Baotou City.
