OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2013. The effect of invention and rationalization activities of TATNEFT's employees in 2012 proved to be significant, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

In 2012, 10,232 inventors and innovators introduced 11,562 rationalization proposals, inventions, utility models and computer programs, which economic effect amounts to a few billion rubles. 244 applications were sent to the Federal Institute of Industrial Property for the alleged inventions and utility models and 246 documents of title were received.

89 events activities had been included into TATNEFT's plan of introducing new advanced technology and the plan was executed in full.

The Company's specialists successfully participated in the federal and national competitions.

The JSC TATNEFT was named the winner in the group of chemical, petrochemical and oil enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan based on the results of the review contest for the best invention, rationalization and license work organization arranged by the Society of Inventors and Innovators of the Republic of Tatarstan. The honorary title of "Best Company for invention and rationalization in 2011" with the award of the Grand Cup and the Diploma of the Republican Society of Inventors and Innovators for its high performance in innovation were given to TATNEFT for the 9-th time. 25 innovators were awarded the title of "Excellent expert of invention and rationalization of 2011".

Six professionals of the Company were announced winners of the XII-th All-Russian Contest "Engineer of the Year", 14 persons were awarded the title "Professional Engineer of Russia".

The group of authors from the JSC TATNEFT was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in science and technology for their work "Fundamentals and commercial introduction of methods and technologies for the development of the JSC TATNEFT resource base".

Ten projects of the JSC TATNEFT were named the best at the VIII-th Republican contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan".

9 engineering developments of the Company were awarded diplomas by the results of the Republican contest "Best Invention of the Year".

18 representatives of TATNEFT were named the winners and laureates in the competition "Young Innovator and Inventor of the Republic of Tatarstan".

Engineering development of the JSC TATNEFT received two gold medals, seven silver and eight bronze ones at the XV-th International Salon of Inventions and Innovation Technologies "Archimedes-2012".

The Company also became the winner of the Republican review contest "Resource Efficiency. Energy conservation" in the nomination "Fuel industry". Professionals of the Joint Stock Company were awarded the I-st degree diploma for the technology of dumping and cleaning produced water at well cluster and the II-nd degree diploma in the category "Energy efficient products" for hot-separation technology for supplying the plants with the own fuel gas.
