CBA Holds Training within Financial Literacy Project
OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2013. The Center for Research and Development of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan held a training for commercial banks jointly with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) Academy, reported the press-centre of CBA.
The key goal of the training was to deliver necessary knowledge to loan specialists and customer dealers on fundamentals of financial literacy so that they can provide customers with in-depth and proper information on bank transactions.
Family budget and its peculiarities, balance account of a family, basics of financial reports, financial analysis and other issues were on the spotlight of the training program. Representatives from the commercial banks highly appreciated the topics discussed.
Note that, the Central Bank is planning to hold a number of events aimed at vairous target groups within the Financial literacy project in accordance with its 2011-2014 strategic goals.
