OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2013. The Supervisory Council of Joint Stock Company The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine took a decision on appointment of new members of the Board of Ukreximbank, reported the press-centre of Ukreximbank.        

By its resolution the Supervisory Council appointed Mr. Vitalii Bilous, Member of the Board – Deputy Chairman to the position of Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukreximbank. Mr. Sergii Myskiv, Member of the Board, was appointed Member of the Board – Deputy Chairman of the Board and Mr. Oleksandr Shchur joined the Board as Member of the Board.

The changes in the Board of Ukreximbank followed the appointment of Mr. Mykola Udovychenko, who chaired the Board since April 2010, to the position of Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The persons appointed by the resolution of the Supervisory Council of JSC Ukreximbank are experienced professional bankers. Mr. Vitalii Bilous has two university degrees and over 15 years of professional experience, including 12 years on executive positions with Ukrainian largest financial institutions. Mr. Bilous joined JSC Ukreximbank as Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the Board in October 2011. In December 2011, Mr. Bilous was appointed Member of the Board – Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Ukreximbank.

Mr. Sergii Myskiv has a university degree and over 9 years of experience in banking. Mr. Myskiv joined JSC Ukreximbank in 2010 as Member of the Board.

Mr. Oleksandr Shchur has two university degrees and over 12 years of experience in banking. Mr. Oleksandr Shchur joined JSC Ukreximbank in 2000; and in June 2012 was appointed Head of International Borrowings Division.

Upon written approval by the National Bank of Ukraine required under the effective law Vitalii Bilous entered the office of Chairman of the Board of the Bank.
