OREANDA-NEWS.  February 12, 2013. Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A. (“PKN ORLEN”) announces that AB ORLEN Lietuva, PKN ORLEN’s subsidiary (“ORLEN Lietuva”) signed a one-year agreement with VITOL S.A., company belonging to the group of Vitol Holding B.V. („Vitol Holding”), reported the press-centre of ORLEN Lietuva.

The agreement was signed for the sales by ORLEN Lietuva of diesel to VITOL S.A. for the period between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2013. The total estimated net value of the agreement amounts to USD 1 464 m (i.e. approximately PLN 4 520 m, based on the average PLN/USD exchange rate as of 6 February 2013, as stated by the National Bank of Poland).

The total value of agreements signed between PKN ORLEN and companies from ORLEN Capital Group and Vitol Holding group in the last 12 months amounts to approximately PLN 6 308 m.

The agreements between PKN ORLEN and companies from ORLEN Capital Group and Vitol Holding were signed for the sales of products and purchase of crude oil.
