OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2013. During 2012 the Pension Fund of Ukraine was an initiator of the initiation of majority bankruptcy cases. In particular, at the initiative of the body was brought more than 1.5 thousand of such cases. This was stated in the report of the Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych on the activities of the Ministry of Justice as the state body relating bankruptcy, which took place during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers

According to the Minister, almost fifty cases on bankruptcy were also initiated by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

In total in 2012 year the bankruptcy cases to all forms of property violated 5611 times. In this case, according to the License registry of arbitration managers (asset manager, managing sanitation, liquidators), maintained by the Ministry of Justice, 2260 people had a license to carry out economic activities of arbitration manager.

The Minister of Justice also said that in 2012 the Ministry of Justice checks the activities of 1952 arbitration managers.

By results of inspections Ministry of Justice annulled the 144 licenses for business activities of arbitration manager.
