OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2013. Branch of JSC “MOESK” - Moscow Cable Grids - provides a connection of the day off new trade fairs to the electric grids of JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company". Let us recall, that day off trade fairs — are an arrangement of the retail trade, implemented in Moscow over the period of the last ten years. A new format of the food sales was estimated highly by the inhabitants of Moscow, reported the press-centre of MOESK.

As of the beginning of 2013, the Moscow Cable Grids have connected to the electric grids about two hundred day off trade fairs available in the capital city, and there through have created the comfortable conditions, both for buyers and for sellers. The electricity availability provides a local lighting of the working places during hours of darkness, function of the retail equipment and heat units within a winter period, and in summer it makes it possible to switch on the refrigeration equipment. Let us remind of the principles of the trade fairs’ work organization. These are: crowded areas, to which a convenient entrance for the transport is organized; concession stands are always available at them; the trade fairs’ territory is secured. Alongside with them, the power supply availability has become an important condition for the function of the day off trade fairs.

Trading places in such trade fairs’ territory are provided at no cost, they function at special venues, allocated by the capital city’s government. The trade is organized mainly on Saturday and Sunday, but some venues start working from Friday. At latest such form of trade has been developed. Towards the end of 2013, the number of day off trade fairs in the capital city can be increase to 300 venues.
