Crude Oil Production
The amount of 2,208,944 tons of crude oil was produced at the JSC TATNEFT in January or 100.3% versus January 2012 with the above-the-plan production in the amount of 51,524 tons (102.4%). 2,183,370 tons of crude oil were delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 70,570 tons, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.
 
The production volume of TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 2,236,001 tons of crude oil with the above-the-plan production amounting to 51 526 tons (102.4%).

New Drilling
The new drilling penetration in January 2013 amounted to 44.3 thousand meters (53.2 thousand meters in 2012). Of this amount 35.8 thousand meters (38.8 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for the JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 34.7 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 1.1 thousand meters.

3.4 thousand meters (4.6 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of the JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 3.4 thousand meters.

19 wells (21 wells in 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 15 wells (11 wells in 2012) delivered to the JSC TATNEFT, including 15 wells of production drilling.

1 well was delivered to the subsidiaries of the JSC TATNEFT, 1 well of exploratory drilling.

Active Well Stock Drilling
The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during January of 2013 amounted to 3.1 thousand meters (3.1 thousand meters in 2012). 1.4 thousand meters (2.1 thousand meters in 2012) were drilled for the JSC TATNEFT.

6 wells (2 wells in 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 2 wells (1 well in 2012) were delivered to the JSC TATNEFT.

40 drilling crews were performing well drilling operations in January of 2013 and 9 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft". The penetration per crew during January of 2013 amounted to 1,101 m, while in 2012 the penetration per crew amounted to 1,309 m. 3.7 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan.

Repair of Wells
In January 2013 remedial servicing operations were performed in 568 wells (645 wells in January 2012).

8 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 6 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", and 2 wells for "Tatneft- Severny" (3 wells were repaired during January of 2012 for "Tatneft-Samara").

The workover operations were performed in 144 wells during January of 2013, including production string sealing performed in 20 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 12 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 10 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 9 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 7 wells and physical liquidation and re-liquidation in 3 wells.

35 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing, including 9 wells worked over through the annulus.

40 formation hydrofracking operations were performed, which made 11 wells more, than in 2012 (29 wells in January 2012). The cumulative incremental crude oil production resulting from application of this method amounted to 6 million 283 thousand tons.

1 small diameter well was drilled and completed for the JSC TATNEFT (for NGDU Leninogorskneft) by the workover crews in January 2013.

Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 157 wells, including chemical methods applied in 87 wells.

The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 509 thousand tons with application of chemical methods accounting for 216 thousand tons of the mentioned amount.

Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of the JSC TATNEFT's technologies were performed in 212 wells in January of 2013.

Production Performance of the JSC "TANECO"
The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 600.7 thousand tons of crude oil and yielded 596.4 thousand tons of oil products in January 2013.
