OREANDA-NEWS.  Extracting segment of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) ensures rapid growth of oil and gas delivery to consumers.

SOCAR informs that in January its sub-company Azneft produced 580,633 tons, which is by 1.2% more against a target for month (573,500 tons). At the same time Azneft delivered 577,875 tons of oil to consumers that exceeded the delivery target plan (570,527 tons) by 1.3%.

Almost the same picture is observed with natural gas. This January Azneft extracted 483.566 million cu m (+1.3% versus the target equal to 477.3 million cu m) and delivered 547.2 million cu m to consumers against target plan of 531.3 million cu m.
