Transaero Airlines Call Center Expands Service Offerings
OREANDA-NEWS. As of February 1, 2013, Transaero Airlines call center expands its customer service offerings. Now passengers calling the airline’s call center can opt to make a payment by credit card over the phone or to make changes to their tickets.
When buying a ticket passenger must submit the following required information: client’s passport details, bank card details and email address. As soon as a payment is processed a client will get an itinerary receipt to his/her email address.
A maximum of two passengers in the same booking with payment by the same payment card is allowed.
Passenger in a number of European countries can also take advantage of payment over the phone by dialing their local phone number of the call center for European countries.
Moreover, members of Transaero Privilege and Corporate Club frequently flyer programs can take advantage of new services to purchase reward tickets over the phone as well as to upgrade their tickets to the next class service using the earned points. Rewards tickets are subject to taxes and charges being paid with a client’s credit card.
The new service provided by the call center has extended options available for Transaero’s passengers to make their payments. Tickets for Transaero’s flights can also be purchased on the airline’s web-site www.transaero.ru as well as on the Transaero’s official page on Facebook (http://facebook.com/transaero).
