OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2013. Governor Viktor Nazarov personally made presentation of Omsk region during the “Green Week 2013”. Project “PARK” was presented among enterprises and projects of timber processing and agroindustrial branches of the region.

During the first day of work of the exhibition a memorandum was signed on cooperation between non-commercial partnership “Center of Innovations” and German company YADOS. The head of the project “PARK” Mikhail Sutyaginsky acted as a signer from the Russian side. The subject of agreement was application of innovative and functional products and complex solutions in the sphere of energy efficiency in agro-industrial complex and creation of renewable energy sources.

“We are in constant search for viable ideas, which are truly needed by the modern world. It helps you and us to make money from renewable feedstock in order to save resources and environment”, – noted the executive officer of YADOS GmbH Joerg Wolf.

Also by invitation from Center of Innovations the Omsk stand was visited by the deputy of Saxonian parliament Sebastian Gemkov, who headed the German delegation during their visit to the objects of PARK in November last year. Then the Saxonian delegation arrived to Omsk by invitation from the head of PARK Mikhail Sutyaginsky. In the course of the business visit the guests participated in dialog with colleagues from Legislative Assembly of Omsk region.

The origins of cooperation were laid down in April of last year during Russian-German Feedstock Conference, where the project of Omsk region was also represented by the PARK. Mr. Gemkov thanked the Governor Viktor Nazarov and the Minister of Agriculture of Omsk region Vitaly Erlikh for the new invitation to Omsk at late February 2013 for the German politicians, scientists and businessmen. Invitation for more than 20 German specialists to visit the region was signed by Viktor Nazarov personally.

Let us mention, that year 2013 has been announced the Year of Ecology in Russia. Priority in this direction is given to energy efficiency and resources conservation, thus cooperation in this sphere with progressive European partners can become a serious step towards strengthening of positions of our state in consideration of ecological responsibility.
