OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2013. LSR Group announces start of pre-sales in three new projects in St. Petersburg with a total area of 450 th sq m., reported the press-centre of LSR Group.

“House on Dvoryanskaya” is an elite residential house in the historical center of St. Petersburg. The project of 6.4 th sq m comprising 57 apartments is scheduled for completion in 2Q 2015.

LSR Group also starts pre-sales in two mass-market residential complexes: “Viva” in the Moskovskiy district and “Kalina-park” in the Kalininskiy district. Residential complex “Viva” with a total area of 103 th sq m is built on the land plot of 9.2 ha. The first stage of the project is scheduled to be completed in 4Q 2014. The whole complex is planned for completion in 1Q 2016.

“Kalina-park” residential complex with a total area of 347 th sq m will be built on the land plot of 34.5 ha. The first stage of the project is scheduled for completion in 4Q 2014. The whole complex is planned to be completed in 4Q 2018.
