OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2013. SORAINEN has developed a complex and unified template contract for selling electrical power tools and heating equipment by Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian companies in the Robert Bosch Group – a leading global supplier of technology and services, reported the press-centre of SORAINEN. 

SORAINEN’s assistance included analysing the different contracts that were previously used by the client in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and on the basis of these drafting a new unified template contract.

The contract was composed of the general terms and conditions encompassing general rights and obligations and other provisions of general nature, as well as several appendices, which included specific detailed provisions. Drafting of the template was done by the SORAINEN Latvian office. Subsequently the template contract was adapted for use in Estonia and Lithuania by SORAINEN offices in Estonia and Lithuania, respectively.
