OREANDA-NEWS.   Azerbaijan and Russia are ready to determine with the volume of Azeri gas supplies to the Russian side in 2013.

Today in Baku at the session of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC) Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin, the agreement between SOCAR and Gazprom could be concluded already in February, and it will be on mutually beneficial terms.

"According to the forecast for 2012, it was expected export of Azeri gas in the volume of 3 bn cu m, but in reality the amount totaled 2 bn cu m. An agreement for this year to be signed in February will specify the conditions to suit both sides," Dorokhin said.
