OREANDA-NEWS. February 06, 2013. JSC Kazkommertsbank (The Bank) announces that it has created 2 subsidiaries – KUSA KKB-1 Ltd and KUSA KKB-2 Ltd, 100% owned by the Bank, reported the press-centre of Kazkommertsbank.

These companies will be purchasing doubtful and loss category assets of the Bank.
