Kreditprombank Hold Survey of its Customers

In environment of the tough competition and market saturation it is the choice of the customer that determines the efficiency of the financial institution performance. The formation of the customer loyalty is a significant and successful investment, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.
The results of the survey, carried out on a regular basis by Kreditprombank at its corporate website, show the continual orientation at customer, positive dynamics of the level of customer satisfaction, efforts of the bank to set long-term partner relations with the customer.
By results of inquiry, in which residents of 19 oblasts took part, traditionally Kyivska, Donetska and Kharkivska oblasts are leading: 27%, 23% and 11% of total number of responders. At the same time the level of customer satisfaction with the services is over 90%. 92% of responders are ready to recommend Kreditprombank as a reliable financial partner.
Deposit remains to be the most popular service of the bank, but comparing with the previous inquiry the level of interest in credit programs increased substantially, 95% of responders also are ready for the active information communication with the bank.
