OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2013. The “Zapadnaya Sibir” media holding (which brings together TNK-BP’s media assets) announces the launch of a mobile multimedia version of the Company’s corporate media, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

The application can already be downloaded from the AppStore and is optimized for use on all versions of iPad. Initially, the app will provide access to all issues of Your Company magazine for 2011 and 2012. In the future readers will also be able to access all the Company’s investor presentations, speeches by TNK-BP representatives at public events, other unrestricted corporate materials, and internal company newspapers and magazines, as well as news from the regions.

TNK-BP aims to be as open and transparent as possible in its relationships with public organizations, the mass media, investors, clients, current and potential partners, and counterparties. By integrating all TNK-BP’s media assets on a common platform the holding company is ensuring that content is of the highest standards while making the most efficient use of corporate resources.

The new mobile app is a modern, dynamic, simple and convenient way of keeping up to date on events around the Company, offering the latest editions of the corporate press, an easy-to-use archive of all issues of Your Company magazine, news and analytical materials, and access to photo and video materials via an intuitive interface. The resources of the new iPad app will be continuously expanded: in the near future, users will receive access to the Company’s regional publications and the opportunity to share corporate content in social networks. The application is also aimed at TNK-BP contactors, giving them more convenient access to information about TNK-BP.

“Openness is one of TNK-BP’s underlying principles. The purpose of the corporate press is to inform staff and contactors, to create opportunities for feedback and public dialogue in order to constantly improve the Company’s performance. We are very interested in receiving comments, suggestions and constructive criticism to make this product as convenient as possible for the reader,” said TNK-BP Executive Vice President Anatoly Tyomkin.
