OREANDA-NEWS. February 1, 2013. The session of the Moscow International Customs Attaches Club took place in the FCS of Russia. The meeting was attended by the customs attaches and representatives of the Embassies of Hungary, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, China, the Republic of Korea, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, the USA, Finland and France.

The welcome speech, addressed to the guests, was delivered by Mr. Vladimir Malinin, First Deputy Head of the Russian FCS. He informed his foreign colleagues about the results of the year 2012 and highly estimated the cooperation of the Russian FCS with the customs administrations of other countries. Mr. Malinin mentioned an important role of the customs attaches in the progressive development of international customs cooperation and congratulated them on approaching New Year holidays.

During the meeting, Mr. Sergei Konovalenko, the Chairman of the Club, introduced new incoming customs attaches in Russia. Among them there was Mr. Kazybek Kochkonov, Head of Kyrgyzstan Customs Service Mission affiliated to the Russian Federation Customs Service, Mr. Yuri Maksakov, Representative of Kazakhstan Customs Service affiliated to the Russian Federation Customs Service, as well as Mr. Sanjay Mahendru, First Secretary (customs attache) of the Indian Embassy.
