OREANDA-NEWS. February 1, 2013. TANECO witnessed a conference for adoption of the trade-union contract for the year of 2013.

The Leader of Trade – Union, Gulnara Muzipova in the frame of her report informed that all Contracts concluded between administration and Company staff during last year were successfully implemented. Major efforts were made by OJSC TANECO management related to the efficient and safe arrangement of work places, continuous professional development of employees, establishment of worth-while living conditions for the employees and their families. In there turn company staff provided a stable operation of process units, implementation of monthly and annual plans for crude oil processing and oil product output.

OJSC TANECO General Director Leonid Alekhin reported that operating performance within 2012 were better than designed. More than 7 mln. of crude oil were processed. Conversion rate made 73 percent; light oil product output totaled about 50 %. The start up of granulated sulfur production in the frame of Stage 1A1 in August 2012 was marked by process completeness of the whole production chain.

High opinion of Nizhnekamsk oil refiners’ activity was received from Tatneft First Deputy, Head of OJSC TANECO Board of Directors Nail Maganov. According to Nail Maganov, company has not only successfully managed with units operation but also with completion of construction and commissioning works. Tatneft First Deputy as well outlined a number of prospects of further development of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex. In particular, doubling of crude oil processing capacity, product shipping and Deep Conversion plant construction.

RT President Assistance, Rinat Sabirov, in his report highlighted the importance of the strategic project implemented by Tatneft for the republic economy. Thanks to TANECO Tatarstan was given the sixth place within refining companies of Russian Federation.

No doubts, archived targets are the results of the effective management system, comprehensive support of Tatneft and Government of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as experienced and honest activity of the Company.

Provisions of TANECO Trade-Union Contract show a reverent attention to personnel of the Company.

Housing problem was the priority for Company as well as health improvement of the personnel and their families. 109 apartments were given under Social Mortgage Program in 2012 and 269 apartments – under installment plan program. The total initial installment was about 35 mln. rubles. 1 878 employees improved their health in the rest house Shifaly. About 300 kids of the company’s personnel visited Tatneft summer health improving camps. The total cost of the vouchers made 3,5 mln. rubles.

Terms and provisions of the Trade Union Contract show the strength support of the Company to the families of oil refiners. For example, 10 000 rubles is paid to the employee in the case of the first marriage, monthly payment to the women on maternity leave, for each kid (besides, payment provided by the Law) totals 2 000 rub. – till 1,5 year and 5 000 rub. – till 3 years. Also various financial supports are provided to the Company’s employees in different life situations. In total, social policy of OJSC TANECO is based on the many years experience of Tatneft. Tatneft Trade – Union Contract is one of the best in the Russian Federation.

The conference was closed with signing of Trade Union Contract for 2013. The main thing that all earlier received achievements were kept and multiplied. In particular, beginning from 1 st of January 2013 the base wage rates of all grades were increased by 10 %. Then winners of contest “Best Division of the Year” were awarded. Deputy Leader of Tatneft Trade Union, Andrey Zimin awarded L. Alekhin with Diploma for the best decoration of festive play ground. He also reported: “Your success contributes to the world rating of Tatneft.”
