In recent years, the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in order to enhance cooperation and integration with enterprises of the sector, provide the link between science and production in a number of enterprises and organizations of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for communications, information and telecommunication technologies, establish branches of departments, reported the press-centre of Uzbektelecom.

For direct practice of students in the companies of the sphere the branches of chairs of the university have been opened: "Telecommunications transmission systems" chair’s branch - in "TCTN" branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC, in the ATS-224 and in "Bosh Kommutaciya Markazi" branch of "Uzbektelecom" JSC (TashTTS), "Devices and radio communication systems" chair’s branch - in "Akademasbob" company and SUE RRTUM, "Television and Broadcasting" chair’s branch – in SUE "Center of radio communication, radio broadcasting and television broadcasting" and "Automation of postal services" chair’s branch – in "Tashkent Post Office” of "Uzbekiston pochtasi" OJSC and in the branch of "Halkaro pochtampt", "Management and Marketing" chair’s branch - in "Uzbektelecom" JSC.

In the organized branches of chairs practical and before diploma trainings, workshops are regularly conducted for the students of 3-4 courses. Each academic year the students of graduating 4 course of the university and 50-55% of masters of the 2 course under the guidance of specialists in the field do research on the final qualifying work and master's thesis on the problems of the field. Final qualifying works of students of the 4 course and thesis of masters of the 2 course are conducted in conjunction with the branches of chairs, organized directly at the enterprises of the sector.

Besides, in the branches of chairs for the young trainee applicants the conditions are created for the implementation of technical tasks in cooperation with enterprises of the sphere.

In the branches of chairs of TUIT the students can generate skills and qualification on the application in practice of theoretical knowledge obtained at the University. You can also see the introduction at the enterprises and organizations of the system of new information and communication technologies, a new generation of networking (GPON technology, data transmission system, input devices, an inclusive communications, NGN, IPTV technologies, mobile communication, etc.), as well as with digital and large format telecommunication systems (ZTE, Huawei, Cisco technologies), digital TV, fiber optic transmission systems, opportunities of the enterprises of the field in transmission and reception of data, advanced plans for the future and challenges.

Another branch was opened under "Uzbektelecom" JSC, this time the branch of "Management and Marketing" chair of Tashkent University of Information Technologies. This joint project is aimed at the development of science and innovation activity between the university and "Uzbektelecom" Joint Stock Company.

The main tasks of the branch are:

practical strengthening of training and theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as conduction of mutual research between "Uzbektelecom" JSC and "Management and Marketing" chair;

improvement of scientific and practical potential of personnel in the field of communication and informatization, taking into account needs of the field;

improvement of the methods of training of students on the basis of modern requirements;

provision for interaction for educational-methodological basis of the chair;

study the experience of the branches and offices of "Uzbektelecom" JSC.

The activity of "Management and Marketing" chair’s branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies will improve the preparation of young personnel, create conditions for their activities in the enterprises and organizations of telecommunication sector, as well as increase the quality of education of TUIT students.
